Protect includes Managed Detection and Response with 24/7 SOC coverage, cloud access protection, email protection, security awareness training, password management, and 24/7 device monitoring and health management. All managed by Acrivos IT at $39 per user per month.

What does the Essentials plan include?

Essentials includes everything in Protect plus helpdesk support by phone and email, cloud workspace administration and support, IT asset inventory and lifecycle management, and comprehensive patch management. Priced at $109 per user per month.

What does the Premium plan include?

Premium includes everything in Essentials plus Infrastructure Care, vendor coordination, new workstation setup, backup and disaster recovery planning, IT budget management, and quarterly business reviews. Priced at $189 per user per month.

Question 4

What is Structured Onboarding and why is there a fee?

Structured Onboarding is the process Acrivos uses to bring your environment up to the Acrivos standard. Your service begins immediately  -  onboarding runs in parallel from day one. The fee equals two months of your total monthly service cost. A one-year agreement reduces it by 50%, a two-year agreement waives it entirely, and a Technology Stack Assessment may waive it regardless of term.

Are agreements month-to-month or locked in?

All agreements are month-to-month from day one. You are never locked into a long-term contract. The one-year and two-year terms are optional paths that reduce or eliminate the Structured Onboarding fee.
