Who it is for
Organizations that want real cybersecurity without committing to a full MSP relationship. Protect runs as a standalone security layer. It does not require you to change how your IT support works today.
Co-Managed IT Scenario
Internal IT teams that want access to a managed security stack without building and maintaining it themselves. Protect handles the security layer; your team handles everything else.

IT departments with senior engineers who want to hand off tier-1 helpdesk and routine end-user support. Your team focuses on infrastructure and projects; Acrivos handles the day-to-day.

Structured Onboarding: your environment, brought to standard.
Acrivos cannot deliver on its service commitments if your environment is not set up correctly. Structured Onboarding is the work that closes that gap - tool deployment, configuration, documentation, and gap remediation. It runs in parallel with your active service, so you are not waiting for onboarding to finish before protection starts.
The scope varies by tier. Here is what onboarding covers for each plan.
Focused on deploying and validating the full security stack before monitoring and protection go live.
- •Deploy SentinelOne Complete MDR to all endpoints and confirm SOC enrollment
- •Configure ConnectWise SOC cloud access protection for the organization
- •Implement Proofpoint email security and activate the SAT training platform
- •Roll out 1Password and complete initial vault and policy configuration
- •Install Auvik and ConnectWise RMM agents and validate 24/7 monitoring coverage
Everything in Protect Onboarding, plus the operational groundwork needed to deliver consistent day-to-day support.

Onboarding fee structure
Month-to-month
No contract commitment. The full Structured Onboarding fee is due at signing. Service begins immediately - onboarding runs in parallel to bring your environment up to the Acrivos standard.
1-year agreement
Commit to a one-year term and the onboarding fee is reduced by 50%. Half the cost, same full onboarding.
2-year agreement
Commit to a two-year term and the onboarding fee is waived entirely. Full onboarding at no additional charge.
Technology Stack Assessment waiver
If your environment already meets the Acrivos baseline following a Technology Stack Assessment, the onboarding fee may be waived regardless of contract term.
