A clear model. A serious standard. A practical approach.
Most IT providers are opaque about scope, inconsistent on delivery, and slow to onboard. We built Acrivos to fix those specific problems.
What we believe about IT.
Protection should not be a luxury
Most small and mid-sized organizations are running without the security tools they actually need - not because they do not care, but because the cost and complexity have been out of reach. Protect changes that.
Support has to be predictable
Vague scope is how IT relationships fall apart. We define what is included, what is billed separately, and what response looks like before you sign anything. No surprises.
Pricing should be readable
You should be able to look at a plan and know what you are getting and what it costs. We publish our pricing publicly. The calculator gives you a number before you ever talk to us.
Onboarding is real work
We charge for onboarding because it takes real time to deploy tools, configure your environment, document your infrastructure, and close security gaps. You are protected from day one while that work happens in parallel.
One framework. Three levels of engagement.
Acrivos does not sell a scattered menu of services. It delivers one structured model with three ways to engage.
Six managed security tools. MDR with 24/7 SOC, email security, cloud access protection, device monitoring, password management, and security awareness training. $39 per user per month. No helpdesk, no onsite support - just the security layer.
Everything in Protect, plus a helpdesk your users can actually call. We handle workspace administration, asset tracking, and patch management. $109 per user per month.
Everything in Essentials, plus infrastructure care, vendor coordination, workstation setup, backup and DR planning, IT budget management, and quarterly business reviews. $189 per user per month.
Structured Onboarding: every engagement starts at the right level.
Your service begins immediately. Structured Onboarding runs in parallel from day one to bring your environment up to the Acrivos standard.
What Structured Onboarding actually does
Structured Onboarding is not a welcome email and a ticket queue. It is the structured work that runs in parallel with your active service from day one: tools deployed, configurations applied, documentation built, and gaps closed. Your protection and support begin immediately - onboarding brings your environment up to the Acrivos standard alongside.
The scope is specific to your environment. Some organizations need significant remediation. Others are close to the standard already. Either way, Structured Onboarding defines the starting line clearly, so both sides know what has been done and what the ongoing service is built on.
Why it is priced the way it is
The onboarding fee equals two months of your total monthly service cost. It reflects the real effort involved in getting an environment to standard, not an arbitrary activation charge.
The fee can be reduced or eliminated based on your agreement term or the outcome of a Technology Stack Assessment. A one-year agreement reduces it by 50%. A two-year agreement waives it entirely. If your environment is already well maintained and passes a Technology Stack Assessment, the fee may be waived regardless of term.
All agreements are month-to-month from day one. You are never locked in beyond the initial commitment made at signing.
Operationally shaped by experienced MSP leadership.

Yakir Biegeleisen
Yakir built Acrivos IT out of nearly fifteen years of hands-on experience across the full stack of IT and healthcare technology. He started his career in IT consulting before spending close to nine years at Ezra Medical Center, where he rose from Systems Administrator to Director of IT and built out the organization's infrastructure, clinical systems, and security posture from the ground up. He went on to serve as CTO at LevelUp MD Occupational Health and at Facilitex, where he led technology strategy and implementation across complex, compliance-driven environments. His expertise spans Windows Server, VMware, Cisco infrastructure, EMR and clinical systems, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and AI adoption. Yakir founded Acrivos IT in 2024 with a clear thesis: that serious, enterprise-grade IT and security should be accessible to organizations of any size, delivered with transparency and genuine care for the client's outcome. His broader work in healthcare technology continues under the Acrivos Health brand.

Jason Romer
Jason has spent more than twenty-five years building, scaling, and optimizing managed service operations across the full spectrum of MSP maturity. He founded Werdland in 2001 as one of North Jersey's early MSPs, supporting retail, real estate, and professional services clients before evolving the firm into an advisory practice focused on MSP operational excellence. His career includes Director of Client Services at Charter Technology Solutions, where he led service delivery transformation and implemented ConnectWise PSA standards still in use today; Chief Operating Officer at Titanium, where he built the company from the ground up, created a white-glove managed services product that achieved a 99.94% monthly CSAT average and an average 13-minute response time, and led a large-scale professional services engagement with Securitas; and Chief Experience Officer at Uprise Partners, where he was brought in to resolve scaling challenges, restructured the service delivery team, implemented outsourced NOC and SOC capabilities, and integrated CSAT and NPS tracking across the organization. He has spoken at The Channel Company's XChange conference and is recognized across the MSP community as a process architect and servant leader. At Acrivos IT, Jason oversees all aspects of service delivery, operational standards, and client experience, working directly alongside Yakir to build an organization that delivers on its commitments at every tier.

IT that cares about the organizations it serves.
We built Acrivos IT because most organizations deserve better than a confusing service menu and unpredictable IT costs. Our mission is to make serious IT protection and support accessible, structured, and clear.
Every tier is designed to deliver real value at its price point. Protect is not a stripped-down starter. Essentials is not a vague bundle. Premium is not a catch-all. Each tier has a defined scope and a clear purpose.
A practical approach to IT service delivery.
We learn your business first
Before making recommendations, we understand how you operate, what is working, and where the gaps are.
We define scope clearly
Every engagement starts with a clear understanding of what is included, what is billed separately, and what is out of scope.
We prevent problems, not just fix them
Monitoring, patching, and proactive management are built into every tier. The goal is fewer issues, not faster ticket resolution.
We give honest guidance
If you do not need something, we will tell you. If something needs attention, you will hear it from us first.
We scale with you
Moving from Protect to Essentials to Premium is a straightforward expansion. You do not start over when your needs grow.
We keep IT and healthcare separate
Acrivos IT focuses on managed IT and cybersecurity. Healthcare technology is handled separately under Acrivos Health.
